Project Engineering Manager (F/T):

Overall leadership and delivery of modular, prefabricated, and construction technology – driven projects

Oversight of project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling and quality control

Develop and implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work

Coordination with design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement and site execution teams

Establishment of project controls, risk mitigation strategies, and reporting frameworks

Client engagement, escalation management, and stakeholder communication

Development and mentoring of project management teams

Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements

Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.

Offered Wage: $163,550 per year.
Job location: Ladera Ranch, CA
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
